Parental Commitment Program
Families are required to provide 20 hours of assistance to the school in support of school activities. There are many ways to help. Full Program details are available on the website and from the school office. Helping the school with your time builds a stronger school for your children. To encourage participation, hours not worked below the required 20 are billed at $15 per hour.
Fundraising
Because the cost of tuition does not cover the cost of education, the school relies on fundraising activities to balance the budget. Parents have to raise an additional $100 as Flex Fundraising by participating in some of the school's various fund-raising events. Working together on these projects keeps our tuition costs as low as possible and builds a strong school community.
Family-School Association
All parents are strongly encouraged to join and support the Family-School Association. This organization plans and executes events in support of the school. Using funds raised through the events, the organization is able to gift money to the school and provide for supplemental items that are not part of the school's budget.
Payments
Tuition payments are due on the 10th of each month from August through May. Accounts which are not current on the 21st of each month are charged a $20 late fee. Payments are made through our tuition collection company, inTuition, and may be mailed-in or can be called-in for direct withdrawl from a bank account or charged to a credit card. A web-based payment option and online account informatiion is also available. Families will be charged-back for fees to the school for payments rejected due to Non-Sufficient Funds.
